Leadership Training Program for Managers
The Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers program is based on a new paradigm of leadership that focuses on trust, teamwork, empowerment, accountability and responsibility, information and communication, and promoting excellence. Leadership Training for Managers uses the working definition that leadership is “the ability to enlist the WILLING cooperation of others to achieve desired results”. What you do each day and how you interact with co-workers and employees determines whether or not you achieve this ‘willing cooperation’. Classes are Thursdays (April 26 & May 17, 2012) from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Holiday Inn Express in Petoskey. This program is accredited for CEU’s or baccalaureate credit by ACCET, SHRM and ACE, and others. To register contact Linda Ketterer at 231.944.5293 or linda.ketterer@dalecarnegie.com
