Madelyn Cain & Evan Root, NLEA Interns
Throughout the course of the summer, NLEA Interns Evan Root and Madelyn Cain will be creating marketing packages for Redevelopment Ready Sites in the NLEA service area. We are excited to collaborate with local municipalities in order to learn and identify priority sites in area communities.
We understand that each community is different and will, therefore, be looking to attract a wide variety of businesses specific to those needs. We want to work with communities in order to make sure their vision for desired development aligns with what site selectors and developers are looking for.
It is our goal to show others the vision for the site and the potential this location has. Each package will provide site facts and figures, bring to light the business opportunities available for the site, and showcase the surrounding beauty that northern Michigan has to offer.
These marketing packages will not only be forward-thinking but also easy for each community to use and reuse when specific sites are no longer available.
We will also be working to create state-of-the-art videos that show the landscape of each site with detailed lot information, as well as the wide variety of attributes that are specific to each location.
