Has your organization gotten into a rut of inefficient processes to lost productivity? In the new year ahead, take the opportunity to learn how to facilitate continuous improvement projects in your workplace through the Lean Manufacturing Champion Certification.

Organizations that participate in lean manufacturing training through The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center will leave with the insight and strategy to implement lean methodologies to eliminate waste through continuous improvement. The Center offers lean manufacturing training and consulting to teach leadership teams many of the core methodologies and tools utilized in lean processes, taught by experienced lean program managers.

This six-month training will include tools for facilitating change, seeing waste in current processes, building more effective teams, increasing productivity while reducing stress, and improving the quality of services or products delivered to your customer. Check out the multiple opportunities in 2020 to take advantage of this training held at University Center Gaylord at this registration link.

The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center supports small and mid-sized Michigan manufacturers to work smarter, compete, and prosper with five training centers throughout the state. They offer services over many topics including but not limited to lean manufacturing, cybersecurity, operational excellence, food processing, advanced technology, etc.
